Gyllene Prag

A great chat, stews and hot wine are as natural to us as the rain and wind outside the window.

Gyllene Prag is a modern yet vintage institution that has been on this corner since 1973. Our focus has always been on good, rustic food and since 2015 we have also been an official Pilsner Urquell Tankovna bar! This means that along with our sister restaurant, Schnitzelplatz, we are the only place in town serving fresh, original Pilsner, Czech style. In summer, we spill out onto the square, but we never let go of our trusty concept: breaded cheese, homemade Eastern European dishes, a great atmosphere and delicious Pilsner. Because it would simply be impossible; these things are built into the walls, our staff and our guests.
